Every time I have an engagement session with a couple, I always ask them, "Where is a meaningful place for y'all?" Some couple has none, they just want a beautiful scenery as a backdrop, but some couple like Alyssa + Alex, they do have a special place. To them, that special place for engagement session is Downtown Duluth, Georgia.
They spent a lot of time there in Downtown Duluth, GA. From breakfast, lunch, dinner and even festivals, they've experienced it all! That is why they want to do an engagement session at Downtown Duluth and remember it all.
Not only that, they are moving away to pursue their dream soon, so this engagement session images at Downtown Duluth will always hold a special place in their heart!
Engagement session in Downtown Duluth is always a great idea because there's so much to photograph. These old buildings make it look like we're in Europe-ish :) Also, there are my fave hang out places there in Downtown Duluth. From the best donut shop in town, Simply Done Donut, a fun brewery with string light, and a cute bar with food truck on it. Downtown Duluth has changed a lot in the past few years.
Alyssa and Alex met through a mutual friends at UGA. Yes, I know a lot of you are familiar with University of Georgia (UGA! Go Dawgs!). They started their relationship as friends that supported of each other. That friendship turns to a romantic relationship about 4 years ago. Since then, they're inseparable!
Like I mentioned earlier, they are moving away to another state to pursue their calling. One of the things that I love about them is that they're so bold in following their dreams and calling.
Tomorrow, they'll have an intimate ceremony to unite their love! YAY! So excited for them! Can't wait to see what's in store for them :)
